Pioneers introducing concepts such as "first responders"

Our armed incident management training is aligned with the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) content, the NFPA 3000 Standard for an Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response (ASHER) program, and the ASIS Workplace Violence and Active Assailant Standard.

Decysyon, together with GrupoDC Solutions, has been a pioneer in Spain introducing concepts such as "first responders" in the field of private security, and the application of protocols such as Run-Hide-Fight to this sector.

  • Through a conscientious research process, over the last five years we have produced a catalog of the most common armed threats in the last decade, along with responses adapted to them. While the most mediatized face of this new violence is jihadist terrorism, incidents of active gunmanship, cases of amok, violence at work, violence-mediated robberies, and use of both firearms and weapons have increased in number in recent years across Europe.
  • We have the support of SEMES Nacional (Spanish Society of Emergency Medicine), as well as the international project Stop the Bleed and FirstCare Provider.
  • This training fulfills the requirements and quality standards of the US HOMELAND SECURITY DEPARTMENT, being the only entity worldwide that joins criteria in the mentioned management of active shooter incidents; in 2017 our staff was certified as instructors of this training program.
